The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) and Government Technology Agency (GovTech) are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to understand the readiness of the quantum-safe market, covering the availability of products, platforms, and consulting and system integration services to support organisations in their quantum-safe migration journey.
As Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) owners and government agencies begin planning their migration, understanding what the market can offer is a critical first step. This RFI is intended to provide early visibility into the range of quantum-safe products and services currently available, to help CSA and GovTech support CII owners and government agencies as they prepare for Singapore’s quantum-safe migration milestones.
CSA and GovTech invite organisations to respond, particularly if they develop or supply products and platforms with cryptographic components; provide advisory and consultancy services to support quantum-safe migration; implement and deploy quantum-safe capabilities into client systems; or offer niche or emerging quantum-safe capabilities. The closing date for responses is 27 November 2026.
